Industrial leader with 20 years of operational experience transitioning to board-level governance roles. Currently serving as Founder & CEO of a 450-person EPC business in the UAE, where I lead end-to-end operations, strategic restructuring, and AI-driven transformation.
I am building a board of directors within my own company — not as a theoretical exercise, but as a hands-on governance practitioner. This gives me a rare perspective: I understand both sides of the boardroom table.
Currently completing the Board Readiness program at IMD, focusing on corporate governance, board dynamics, and the intersection of AI with strategic oversight. My academic foundation includes a Ph.D. in Engineering and an Executive MBA.
